I called them to repair my Bosch dryer here on the Upper East Side, and Im very impressed. As anyone in the city knows, getting a tech who understands Boschs specific condensation systems can be tricky. The technician was punctual, professional, and handled the COI requirements for my building without any issues. They used OEM parts and fixed the heating element quickly.
