We were so happy with Neils design for our home renovation. He maximized the space we had and really listened to what we wanted. Neil understood our aesthetic and helped us select materials and finishes that fit our taste and budget. He is knowledgeable about construction as well as design, and did an excellent job overseeing our contractor. Neil was attentive throughout the job, tweaking the design when necessary. A year after the renovation were thoroughly enjoying our renovated home. Highly recommend TNB Architecture!

Neil has been incredible. He had a great vision for our space both in terms of layout and design and we couldn't have been happier with his work. He has been very responsive and professional throughout our project and he does really great work.
We had selected our own contractor, which came back to bite us as but Neil helped us find a new contractor and made sure that all of the required permits were filed and ready to go. I would recommend Neil in a heartbeat and has made an extremely stressful renovation a lot less stressful!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically price projects on a flat fee corresponding to the scope of work rather than a fee based on a % of construction costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the client to determine their needs for the space and determine a plan of action based on it. After a brief call we typically set up a site survey to see the space and discuss the project in more depth. From there we will draw up a formal proposal based on our conversation and understanding of the scope of services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Architect in the state of New York as well as a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD) and a LEED Accredited Professional.
