- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is taken into consideration when generating a proposal! • How Many Total Guests/Total Hours/Location • Are Mobile Bars and Displays being provided • Is Glassware Rental and Alcohol being provided • Are Show Bartenders being added? Just normal Flair Bartenders Given the information on what specific needs there are for your party - a quote will be made on the contents of the package!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ideally jump on a call to discuss all the details, however - a simple email correspondence also works! Once all the details have been finalized, we will send over a proposal with every item listed. From there, we can remove items and modify as necessary to meet any budgetary restrictions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders come from a background in the best bars here in New York City. And more importantly, are all trained in Flair Bartending - to maximize entertainment value!
