- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will be glad to offer our clients discounts on specific events, loyalty programs, and flexible payment options. Our discounts and fees are calculated individually for each order. Feel free to contact us and ask if interested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy communicating with new clients. Having their best interests at heart we would love to discuss their event details, expectations, and needs during our initial conversation. Then we will prepare and discuss an event proposal. After the details are agreed we will ask you to confirm the event and to anticipate the best service you’ve ever had.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our staff is highly skilled and before each event they work hard to ensure that they provide the best possible service and communication throughout.
