- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I create a cocktail menu for every event. They can choose from 2 options. Option 1. Tell me what liquors & mixers they have already & I create a menu from that. Option 2. I can create a menu from scratch with base liquors of clients choice & give them the ingredient list to purchase. Most chosen is option 2.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked at large weddings, night clubs, baby showers, holiday parties, beach parties, pool parties, small intimate dinner parties, after work rooftop parties, art shows, corporate events, birthday parties, etc.
