After consulting with them for weeks to settle on the perfect beverage menu-- including two signature cocktails, champagne, and craft beer for their discriminating tastes, my bartender and I visited their studio in Soho to give them a customized tasting. They loved the drinks and it was an extremely effective way to both demonstrate our bartending services and meet our clients in advance of their event. Needless to say, we very much look forward to serving their big event. We LOVE working with new clients and exceeding their expectations. :)

Solid performance... We got a full event package with 5 passed appetizers, wine, beer, plus 2 servers and 2 bartenders. We had some big hitting investors coming in and needed a good looking spread in a pinch. They delivered a tasty cocktail event for our office and we will go to RSVP again for our next event.

As the marketing coordinator for my firm, it's my job to plan and facilitate events. I recently moved back to NYC and don't have many go-to's as far as vendors go. I asked around and several friends suggested rsvp based on their own experiences. I'm certainly glad I decided to use them for our new office launch! The entire process was flawless (the initial proposal, a few minor changes, the event itself, payment and follow-up) and the food we received for our event was delicious! Since it was a spring/rooftop event, we went with mini sliders, skewers, homemade potato chips, etc. Renee, our manager, went beyond her duties to help me set up for the event (helping move our furniture, etc) aside from the food and she was extremely friendly (even though it was 85 degrees and super humid, which could make anyone cranky!)

Renee was very responsive and friendly, delivered on all we discussed including insurance certificates which were necessary for our venue. She showed up personally to ensure that everything proceeded smoothly. Our bartender, Patrick, was professional and also friendly, and we couldn't be happier with the service that we received. The manager, Renee was easy to work with. She was able to provide TIPS certificates for all of the bartenders and the COI that my client required. Bartenders showed up on time. Renee showed up with the bartenders to help with setup. My staff and client commended their professionalism.

Catering and beverage services are priced per guest. For simplicity, RSVP staffing services are priced the same -- regardless of the position filled. We believe in transparency. There are no hidden "service fees" or mandatory gratuities. Contact Us for a customized quote.

RSVP begins by consulting with the client on his or her specific needs and visions for their event. Every event is unique -- whether you are seeking hors d'oeuvres, casual finger foods, signature cocktails, champagne, servers, bartenders, or coat check, we are with you from conception to clean-up.
