Whether you're stepping into a ballet studio for the first time, returning to dance after years away, or looking to take your technique to the next level, I offer personalized private ballet lessons tailored to your goals.
I’m a professional dancer, choreographer, and experienced ballet teacher with 10+ years of teaching experience. My classes are focused on building strong technique while making ballet approachable, enjoyable, and rewarding at every level.
Lessons can include:
* Ballet fundamentals and technique
* Returning to ballet as an adult
* Beginner and intermediate ballet
* Flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination
* Improving alignment and body awareness
* Pointe preparation and technique
* Audition preparation
* Pre-professional training and coaching
I especially enjoy working with adults who danced when they were younger and want to reconnect with ballet, as well as beginners who have always wanted to try it. I also work with pre-professional dancers and young dancers looking for additional individualized training beyond their regular classes.
Whether your goal is to learn the basics, build confidence, return to something you loved, or pursue dance more seriously, we'll create lessons around you and what you want to accomplish.

Don't feel overwhelmed that you will not be able to learn the moves in these videos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Studio rental is included in my hourly class fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes cancelled within 72 hours prior to our lesson will be charged at half price to cover rental expenses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a classically trained professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer with over 15 years of experience in the performing arts. I hold a B.A. in Dance from the University of California, Irvine and have continued my professional training in Los Angeles and New York City.
I have over 10 years of experience teaching ballet to students of various ages and levels, from complete beginners and adults returning to dance to pre-professional dancers. My professional performance credits include leading theaters and companies across the country, including Sacramento Music Circus and Theater of the Stars, as well as performance work with Disney, Universal Studios, and Holland America.
My professional experience allows me to bring a strong understanding of ballet technique, performance, musicality, and body awareness to each lesson.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're feeling nervous or intimidated about trying ballet, give it a try! You don't need to have any prior experience or be “good at dance” to get started. Private lessons are a great way to learn in a comfortable, judgment-free environment and move at your own pace.
