I've only been working with Jerry for a month, but already the event I put on performed DOUBLE financially than it ever has before. Jerry has really infectious positive energy! 1. She got me out of my head, and my mode of trying to figure out the "why" of stuff, and instead geared me toward real actionable items. 2. She is very organized in her approach, and yet, also lets you really guide the process. I love that she has lots of assignments to get you going, but also just works with me where I'm at in terms of my crazy busy agenda already. 3. The projects I bring to her, she helps me get clarification on my strategy. She listens to me as I'm spitballing, and sometimes finding my own answers (which sometimes we just need a sounding board), but then when I hit a wall, she brings her awesome ideas which have made a huge difference. I could go on, but in short, she is really a great coach who GETS RESULTS, and I highly recommend Jerry.

When I hired Jerry I was frustrated, burned out, and on the verge of giving up on my career/business and business partner due to health reasons. We are still working together. It has not been easy. Jerry makes our sessions fun and exciting. Working with Jerry is really helping me realize that we do have a successful business and that we have to put in the work and time. There are many challenges for growth, but also the internal obstacles that were keeping me from advancing to the next level and I feel like Jerry has already helped us so much with that and makes you accountabl. She tells the hard truths but manages to give her message in a positive way. Im glad to have found her and be working with her. She is positive and has an energy about her that is really motivating. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. I can't wait to finish our journey together. I would recommend Jerry as an executive or life coach to anyone who needs help in these areas. Working with Jerry has been a phenomenal experience! Her skill set and heart are aligned to serving her clients to help us be better and happier versions of ourselves. She is highly organized and I was able to track progress through a personalized software program that I could access between our sessions. It is a structured high tech approach that keeps all of your notes, journals, scheduled coaching appointment dates, worksheets and "homework" in one place. It allows you to track progress on goals, and helps Jerry to see your progress, as well as hold you accountable. I began working with Jerry in 2016, and started with her 3 month intensive coaching program. If you are serious about making serious life changes, throughout this program Jerry will make you take a hard look at your life to discover what's working and what's not. You may go in to coaching improve one specific area of your life. As you work with Jerry you are likely to find that as that one area of your life is improving, other areas of your life are improving too. Jerry cares about your professional life, personal life, health, and helps you to create strategy and action steps for meaningful improvement. Since taking the 3 month intensive coaching course, during 2017, I was in coaching with Jerry as needed off and on. For 2018 and going forward, I plan to stay enrolled with Jerry for monthly Skype check-ins, with weekly write-in assessments/worksheets through the coaching portal.What I most appreciate about Jerry is her 100% presence during sessions, her positive outlook and energy. Furthermore, it can be extremely helpful to have a fresh perspective from an objective 3rd party, especially on problems where I'm feeling stuck. When I first contacted Jerry, she stressed to me the importance of choosing the right Coach. She even encouraged me to interview multiple Life Coaches to find the best fit. I reiterate that advice to anyone looking for a Coach. This advice is now something I tell my prospective clients as well. To my prospective clients, I stress the importance of choosing the right Realtor, and this has greatly improved the quality of my current client relations. When you choose to work with a Professional Life Coach, you will be spending your money, as well as your time. I had previously heard about the power of life coaching, but in no way did I expect to have such a powerful experience like I have. From the moment I expressed interest, Jerry demonstrated the importance that we work together to determine if her services were what I needed. She truly understands that life coaching is an individual experience: just as every person has unique goals and desires, the ways in which they need to be coached will vary as well. Initially, the thing that struck me the most was that her first intake form asked what specific things I needed her to do to "feel" coached and encouraged. As we went through my first session, I noticed that she did those things in such a natural way; I didn't even realize she had done them until I was recounting my experience to a friend later!While I could (and often do!) talk at great length about how incredible Jerry and her services are, what is most remarkable is how much my life has changed in such a short amount of time. When I first met her, my life was in such a state of upheaval that I didn't even know where to begin to fix it. She has taught me accountability with the homework between sessions, how to restructure my thought patterns in moments of stress or anxiety, and helped me define what it means to be fulfilled and inspired. Now I am well on my way to accomplishing goals of which I hadn't even dared dreamed, and am proud of every step of the journey. TL;DR, Jerry is an incredible human with a powerful gift. If you are ready to change your life in a gargantuan way, and I truly mean ready to get down into the nitty gritty, unpretty, terrifying parts of your life, give her a call. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please read this before contacting me: I offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis. Coaching is a committed partnership. See my site and feel free to address any questions prior to contacting me. Prices quoted ($150/session) are approximate and I offer 3, 6, or 12 month packages, not individual sessions. Other criteria weigh in, such as travel, workshops, professional development etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can explain this thoroughly on our initial consult, after I understand your goals. Typically the first stage is our framework will be a full assessment of where you are now, your strengths and weaknesses drilled down. From there we'll move into options to move forward, and then implement and execute processes and measurable actions forward.
