- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have a general overview of my prices; I have been known to tailor my prices within reason to fit customers wants and needs based on each Special Occasion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome new customers by identifying their wants and needs. I then offer Tasty Treats to accommodate the Special Occasion so they can become recurring customers and refer others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty years of hands on experience in the baking industry.
