A. At E.B. Mixology we take special care to provide our clients high quality services specifically tailored to your private or corporate event. We are offering fine mixology services with emphasis on custom-designed specialty cocktails to answer your individual needs or the theme of your event.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
We created the drink Absolut Kelly for the inaugural event of the Sean Kelly Gallery in New York. Influenced by the ideas of Joseph Beuys.
We were commissioned to create a cocktail in honor of the artist John Baldessari in celebration of his exhibition at Marian Goodman Gallery in NYC.
We were commissioned by the rum company "Ron Abuelo" of Panama to create a cocktail for the end of the Maya calendar 12/21/2012. We named the cocktail "Dragon’s Heart", a libation for the end of time!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. We have developed a wide repertoire of recipes that fit within the context of a meal, party or special occasion.There is nothing more rewarding for us than to create recipes that translate the essence of a season, a person, an event or a particular holiday into a libation.
Remember,great drinks mean great entertaining!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. -Every time you are making a cocktail try it before you serve it! Adjust it if needed, never rush to send it out before you are 100% sure that it tastes right. Remember you are a performance artist among other things and you are there to communicate and create a unique experience to the receiver of your concoction. You are creating a great sensory memory!

A. Mixology is alchemy, the mysterious process by which inspiration is transmuted into a liquid creation.

A. My parents were restaurant owners and distiller hobbyist

A. Establishing an exciting,healthy and successful business at the cutting edge of mixology. Also opening 'Sugar Monk" in West Harlem NY, an intimate venue where art, mixology, and alchemy will combine to transcend the senses and elate the most discriminating palates.
