- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After securing the bid, we communicate with our clients to obtain additional details regarding the event. This includes specific menu desires and the layout of the venue. We follow up in the weeks preceding the event for event updates from our clients and to assure them that we are on schedule. The day of the event is a whirlwind for us and we keep our clients informed as to what we are doing to make their event special.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott has 20 years of executive management and leadership experience in several industries including catering and interior design. He has worked in dozens of venues in Manhattan and the Hamptons and with the very best vendors the city has to offer. Scott has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage the behind the scenes planning that goes into preparing an event while delivering strong financial value.
