- How did you get started doing this type of work?
my passion for cooking and creating events always was therapeutic to me, being in Corporate America for the last 16 years with a major Telecommunications giant I wasn't happy, I didn't feel fulfilled so I took matter into my own hands and enrolled in culinary school and the rest is history.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I cater upscale cocktail parties with new age twist on menus, I love doing weddings and making the food a conversation topic. I have also been a personal chef to numerous celebrities and entertainers. Recently I added cooking lessons to my repertoire
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
my advice to my clients is to always do your research and goggle the company and read their reviews. Yelpers are real people telling their true experiences with vendors, etc. Yelp has been one of the reasons besides word of mouth that I continue to grow in this very competitive industry.
