- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give trial lessons for a low fee and I work with customers who are on a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a sense of what the customer needs and have a dialogue about the training and the expected results with time frames and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For music lessons: I attended music school in Texas and have taught private lessons for 20 years. I studied all string instruments (violin, viola, cello, bass) as well as voice, guitar and piano. I have also taught music in public schools and I have had several music director positions in various churches. I am currently an actor/musician and dog trainer in NYC.
