Vlad was professional, friendly and more importantly HONEST! my appliance would have cost more to repair then it was worth and he was honest about it. I would recommend Vlad to anyone. He was also very respectful of my child and took his shoes off entering my home. I would use Vlad again!

My dryer stopped completely working on me after some type of malfunction. I then put a request through Thumbtack to see if someone would be able to come help me as quickly as possible.
Vlad contacted me almost immediately (it was late at night btw). He put me in priority, promised me he would fix the issue and that he did.
He arrived the very next day, even earlier than the appointment time he gave me which I thought was not only professional but made it extremely convenient for me.
He removed his shoes before walking in which I never requested but shows you the level of work ethic and professionalism this TRUE professional has for clients.
He fixed the issue within 15 - 20 minutes tops and found out the issue was as severe as he then projected and worked his fee down because it was more of a simple fix, HONEST!
In the sales/service business myself, I pride myself on customer service and always saving my clients the most money because that will be a client for life. Needless to say, he has a client for life and thats me.
Honest, Efficient and Reliable is an understatement.
