I needed a photographer for a last minute photoshoot. I found Jeffrey from Virtual360 and I loved his photos from the website! I was glad that he was able to squeeze me into his schedule. Jeff agreed to come to my showroom early to help me move furniture and set up equipment. He listened to our ideas and made helpful suggestions. His patience, poise and professionalism is like no other photographer I have ever worked with!! We were on a tight deadline to get these photos finalized. Jeff and his team displayed exemplary customer service as they dealt with our demands and sense of urgency to get our photos retouched and finalized. Jeffrey immediately made me feel comfortable in the studio and actually made the session fun. Took lots of shots in varying lighting situations, and made sure I was happy with the preliminary shots before we wrapped. Looking forward to seeing the finished results! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair. It depends on the size and scope of the project. You will get professional photography that won't break the bank. For product and jewelry photography we offer a discount based on the number of images. The more images the greater the discount.
Real estate/architectural shoots we offer bulk discounts for multiple locations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication between me and the client is of the utmost importance. I need to completely understand YOUR vision for the project. My main objective is a happy and satisfied customer. I love to see samples of what you like and don't like from past shoots.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professionally trained photographer as well as a Google Trusted Photographer. I go to seminars and classes because the art of photography changes all the time and I need to always stay current.
