I contacted CCC for what I thought was an estimate and instead received immediate advice on how to deal with a wifi problem that neither Spectrum nor AppleCare had been able to resolve for weeks. After reviewing what had already been tried, Matthew advised getting an inexpensive hardware solution -- an ethernet adapter -- from Amazon (and he e-mailed the actual product URL!). It was a cinch to set up and solved the problem instantly. I was, and continue to be, awed by Matthew's patience, responsiveness and resourcefulness. No jargon, no talking-down to a non-techie of a certain age, just great communication and invaluable expertise. If anyone I know ever has a computer issue, I'm sending them to CCC.

Ramon was my person who helped me. He remoted into my computer to find my "missing" contacts and in 15 minutes all were restored. Easy to work with and very professional and knowledgeable.
