There was a problem with our wifi connection - despite having extenders. We hosted a tenant who couldn't use the wifi. Alex was the consummate professional. We had an issue where he was going to be delayed and he took accountability, stayed in touch, and made up for it. He quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution.
