The initial contact and his response time was extremely fast and was practically first to the problem. He gave me a diagnosis when I dropped off the device and gave me an estimate of when it would be done. Even thought we went over the time of the estimation, he was still responsive as well as keeping me updated, it was worst case scenario for me in loosing my memory and data but regardless he was able to get the device up and running again.

I was unable to connect my printer to wifi and I had a conversation with James about some ways to troubleshoot without him coming over. With his suggestions and a little luck I was able to do it myself. Thanks so much James it seemed like an impossible feat and I really needed to print some documents today.
