I had a very pleasant experience with PC Excess. Micheal was great. He took time explain everything to me and to get my laptop back to me really fast. I can use my MacBook again which is awesome.

My beloved HP Spectre computer suddenly stopped charging and died. I replaced the plug in cord that dmyself however, that did not fix the issue. I called PCMac express and dealt with Michael who was straightforward, knowledge and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. At the end, they diagnosed and fixed a motherboard issue (I knew it was that since my fix didn't work) and now I have my computer back in working order! Don't hesitate to call them and see that they will do good by you and your broken machine. They'll definitely be seeing me again when something else breaks. Thank you Michael and keep up the good work guys!

Michael is awesome, genuine, fair, and such a kind soul! The logic board in my MacBook blew out and Michael was able to get it fixed for me in less than a week!! He 100% cares about his customers and I am happily typing this review on my MacBook! Plus, he gives chocolate ;) Highly recommend him as I will be going back to him for all of my computer needs :)

Im visiting NYC for holiday and its the Memorial long weekend. Upon landing trying to switch on my Lenovo laptop and it said fan error, window wouldnt start. :( Was panicking and googled where to fix my laptop and PCMac Express came up, gave them a call and the owner Michael told me to take it to their head office in Queens so hed help me to fix that ASAP. Michael is such an amazing guy. He is kind, professional and give his best to his work and cares about his customers. I was able to pick up my laptop the next day. He turned things around in the shortest time he could, replaced the fan in my laptop and now its working well again! All the best Michael! Definitely go to him if you need help with fixing your computer!

Im so happy with the service offered here. I was worried at first but the owners are so warm and welcoming and Michael knew exactly what my MacBook Pro needed. My computer has had a cracked retina screen for over a year because I couldnt find anyone who could replace it for a reasonable price, all the other local repair shops were either wildly overpriced or would have a turnaround time of over two weeks for the repair. He knew I was excited to have my mac back, so he worked extremely fast and called me as soon as he was done so I could pick up my computer, it only took about 4 days. They literally have the best prices in the area. Im only ever going here for my repair needs now, my experience was so good that Im leaving my first google review ever to give them some praise. Im so grateful! Thank you guys!
