My computer would not turn on when I push the start button. I used a neighbor's computer to get help. I found a site that gives you answers for a FEE. The person at that site told that my start button had to be replaced. A few days later I decided to look up a computer repair company. That's when I came across PC Mac Express. I spoke with a Gentleman Name Michael. I explained the problem I was having and Immediately he told me most likely the problem is my power supply box. We set up an appointment for the next day and his technician replaced my power supply box. Throughout the entire process Michael would listen and then respond. His knowledge is very much appreciated as well as his patients. I do highly recommend PC Mac Express. Thank You Michael.

Alright so i have a macbook pro "15" retina which i mistakenly had dropped a can of coca-cola on. took it to apple they wouldn't honor my warranty obviously because water damage isnt cover. So i asked them how much would they charge if i were to pay for the repair and they quoted my expenses to be @ $1,359 which is half the price of my computer and too much for me to pay. I then decided the best way to go about it was to visit a certified repair center. My computer needed just the keyboard replaced so i thought it should be possible to do. However, no one wanted to touch this computer because it was "impossible" to repair. It took me nearly 2 months to find anyone who would take it apart. Finally after taking my computer there for a review they told me it would cost me "around 1000" which was better than apple but still far too much. after much research i saw pc mac express and decided in the spirit of saving money and getting my computer fixed to give them a shot. Went over and dropped my computer to what can only be described as very servicial and friendly people. got my computer fixed within days and for the amazing price of $271. I took time to write this review because i know how painful it could be to find the right people for the job. Being that this mac was given a 1 by ifixit and they were able to repair it so quickly i must say i am impressed. If your computer has an issue do not hesitate to give PC MAC Express a go, they are Great!

Came here to get an audio port replacement on my Macbook Pro. When I got the laptop back, it wouldn't turn on and I took it to Apple for repair. What they told me was that when I got it repaired, the hard drive was damaged in the process and I would need it to be completely replaced. Unfortunately since someone other then them opened up the laptop, it would not be covered under warranty which meant paying another couple hundred for it to be done. I just got the laptop back today from Apple and found out as well that the audio port does not work properly. The internal speakers don't work and when I plug my headphones in, sound comes out from only one ear. Overall I spent over $400 to get my laptop back in working condition and even then the main problem I had is still not fixed. I am taking it back to apple tomorrow to see what can be done and will probably have to spend another $200-$300 for it to be fixed.

Dear Lily, We do recall your case and we are deeply sorry that it turned out the way it did. On our end we did exactly what was asked of us to do, removed the broken audio jack so that you could take it to apple and fix everything that would be covered under their warranty (something we could've done as well for under $50). In other words, the complete fix was never part of our task. Now, when the drive fails, that is something we cannot be held accountable for. The job we performed has nothing to do at all with that part, and we can assure you, we do treat our clients and their equipment carefully. Damage could've been caused by usage, impact, or even at apple; but that would be a matter of our word against yours and it's not our intention to get into that. Again, we are sorry this is how it turned out, we limited ourselves to perform the work instructed by you. If you would like to discuss this further please feel free to give us a call.

I took my laptop here and the nice old man mike said to look at it was 55 dollars and that he'll call me back in 2 hours to let me know what was wrong with it , I never gotten that phone call then I called at 8pm they answer the phone saying that he's still working on it , that he's going to have to work on it tomorrow I said okay and that to call him in the afternoon, I called at 230pm then he answered the phone saying my laptop is causing to much problems, I said okay what's wrong with it, he stated that it's slow and he suggested putting a new hard drive, and also said for just to look at in the morning for 2 hours n a half its going to cost 250.00 dollars, I refuse the job just went by at 445pm pick up my laptop and wasn't charge for 250.00 dollars, I was charged only 55 just for looking at it, never again better off taking it somewhere else, the receptionist was very beautiful thou,

This is a malicious review; Nine Daniel does not exist, we have never serviced a "Nine Daniel". While we do have a diagnostic fee of $55 (which we take off any repair bill if a customer fixes a computer with us), we do not increase the fee under any circumstances, and not "just to look at it". We also have a policy of contacting a customer to get approval of cost and whether to proceed with final repair work. The decision is up to the customer. If choosing not to proceed with a repair, we charge the $55 for our technician's diagnosis. In this case, we have no record of this customer, and the story does not fit our policies or practices.
