- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fortunate to be able to travel the world in search of new flavors and techniques. Most recently I was in Israel and I was opened up to a whole new world of exciting and exotic flavors.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Private dinners, corporate events birthday parties, showers- Any event where you wuld serve delicious bites. I am also very well versed in dealing with food allergies and special diet requests.
