In 2016, Evan was our wedding planner. He did an excellent job and was very detailed. Evan was given our preferred wedding date(s) and he called around to different venues checking their availability, rental cost, type of seating, catering, etc. He then sent us a spreadsheet of all options so that we had all the information in one place and could go from there. After the venue was decided on, Evan designed our wedding invitations. He was very particular in doing this and gave us different design & font options to best fit our style. I would send Evan addresses of people we were inviting. He would keep up with all the addresses then printed and sent us labels for our invitation envelopes. During the planning process, he created a google docs spreadsheet of things to do so that we could all have access to it and check off as completed. He just gave me lists of things he needed from me, and he handled the rest. He communicated to us about the ceremony order and created our wedding program and the menu cards for reception. The day of the wedding Evan helped decorate, and managed the flow of the ceremony/reception.
During the planning process of our wedding I was in college full time, remodeling a house, and expecting so his help was greatly appreciated. I could sit back and actually enjoy the process without having the stress of planning a wedding on top of everything else. He made our day special and we couldn’t have done it without him!
Since our wedding, I have reached out to him for help with designs for my daughter’s birthday parties and things for my job. We will always use Evan’s assistance for future events!See more
