Our lessons are taught by internationally acclaimed and certified dance instructors, including competitive professional dancers, and we offer instruction for all ages and levels. We are located in New York City and offer a diverse variety of dances at both the social and competitive level. Further, we provide customized wedding dances and intensive fitness programs. We work with complete beginners to experienced performers. As a beginner, you will learn the basics of various dances, focusing on the dances which interest you most. Our instructors will work with you to develop a tailored program that fits your goals. We also offer group classes for children and adults. My fiancé and I recently took two lessons with Katerina to prepare for our upcoming wedding. We have virtually zero dance experience between the two of us, and Katerina has a kind, patient and professional approach to learning basic steps. We were laughing and dancing around the room in no time!

Katerina is an excellent teacher, and I'm very fortunate. From the beginning, she was excited to work with me, not simply instructing me. At a good pace, she goes through the nuanced details of how to point or hold or move each part of your body from your head to your toes. I've always been a very difficult and frustrating student, and Katerina does a good job of working with me. For one, I've found over and over I make things more complicated, and Katerina shows me how they're actually simple, and they just require repetition. I have a hard time following and listening and remembering and I make mistakes, and she repeats her explanations and corrects them, until I get it right. For me, what's hardest is when learning is a drag. So, what's best for me is that she's fun, and sometimes we chat while dancing, but waste no time in learning and because I'm so nervous and self-conscious, she puts me at ease. More and more, when I go to learn, she feels like a friend, which for me makes her a better teacher. If you keep learning from her, you'll learn what you're looking for.
