My name is Al The DJ I am a professional DJ with over 10 years in the music industry and over 350 plus weddings under my belt. I attended Scratch Academy founded by the legendary DJ Jam Master Jay of the iconic Run DMC. As a professional DJ and music producer I have worked with many mainstream artists and companies such as Nick Cannon, Akon, 50 cent, Backstreet Boys, Ashanti, Day 26, Def Jam records, BET, MTV and more. As a music producer as well I have a vast knowledge of music theory and multi genres ranging from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, Funk, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Hip Hop, R&B, Dancehall, Reggae, Latin and today's Top 40. My Hospitality degree plus my musical talent equal a stress free, fun and successful event for all my customers. Whether you want me to customize a playlist for you or you have your own, my job is to make sure your event is one your guests will talk about and remember for years. Had my wedding this past weekend and Al was great from the start on contact. His pricing is VERY reasonable especially for the services he provides. He was on time, handled the ceremony music perfectly, and although we were very easy with the music we asked for, he was great at creating a playlist for our type of guests, which I had explained from the start that we weren’t super clubby/theatrical, more reserved. I loved that his DJ letup included a LED LOVE sign, it was the perfect touch to our outdoor, midday reception. I already referred him to a friend who is on a DJ hunt. I would definitely hire Al again for future events.

DJ Al did an amazing job for our wedding 7/31/21. We had multiple calls leading up to the wedding and our wedding vows were heard perfectly, the music was loud - as instructed , and our favorite must have songs were all played. Thank you DJ Al for giving us the best wedding experience we could have ever asked for!!! Additionally , we did a first song that we sang instead of a first dance and Al made sure the mics and speakers were at perfect volume. He is an expert and if I have another event with a dj, he will be the first call I make ! Thank you Al -Meliz & Steve

Al is a great DJ! We immediately vibed with him during our first meeting, leading us to book him for our wedding. He understood what music we were into (90s, 2000s and top hits), and nailed it during the event. He definitely kept everyone on their feet. He even helped us with our first dance mix. I would book him again for another event!
