Introduction: As one of the most influential hip-hop DJs in the world, DJ MarvLS has been making a mark in clubs around the world that will not be erased. Spinning since 1995, this Dominican born DJ stepped on the hip-hop scene at the age of 15. MarvLS started to perfect his craft and hone his spinning and mixing skills while still juggling the books in high school. It wasn't long before the music industry began knocking on his door. Currently, MarvLS is traveling around the world, spinning in the hottest clubs in Germany, Switzerland, Russia and Canada while working on the expansion of his highly sought-after mixtapes. DJ MarvLS has been featured on the likes of BET's "Rap City," DUB Magazine, NYCene Magazine, Blow DVD Magazine, and the Manhattan Times, to name a few. When asked to describe his style, MarvLS states, "People know me best for my ability to blend the music extremely well. I take old school and new school and blend them together to make hot music that always keeps the crowd wanting more." Look out for him in a city near you! As a result of his growing popularity, in 2003, MarvLS was signed to DJ Whoo Kid's Shadyville Entertainment for one year as their first Latin DJ. In 2004, MarvLS was hired as the official DJ for "Loon," the former Bad Boy Recording Artist who broke records and stole the hearts of many hip-hop fans around the world. A year after, MarvLS started DJing for another Bad Boy Recording Artist Grammy Award Winner, "Mario Winans". Touring with P. Diddy, Loon and MarioWinans on the promotion of their albums, MarvLS traveled to the likes of Germany, Amsterdam, London, Switzerland, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Russia, Kazakhstan, Greece, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Taipei, Australia, Scotland, Ireland, and Africa. Gracing venues such as the Latin Quarters, Supper Club, Copacabana,Ivy, Babalu, Club New York, and the China Club, to name a few, with his skills, it comes as no surprise that Jay-Z, alongside NYC's Hot 97 Personality Angie Martinez, came calling when they needed a hot DJ.
