- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price start at $90 for small dogs and $110 for medium size
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk to the owner to understand what type of haircut and services he wants and then we inspect the animal to see about skin problems, matted hair, ear and nail infection and after checking we start the grooming and bathing process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an assistant biologist of wild animals, especially wild birds of the Brazil and Grooming course
