So incredibly grateful for the wonderful customer service, patience and care from Brandon and Renan with our puppies. We have an extremely nervous Shepard who does not trust people and particularly men coming into the house or being pet even. I was shocked upon our first meet and greet how our Shepard slowly started calming down. Of course tho me being away would create more obstacles. Needless to say, Renan was so incredibly patient wand quickly gained our shepards trust. We received real live updates with photos.What truly made us to even try this company was the fact they offered GPS collar and app tracking if we wanted it. (We have heard horror stories in NYC about lost dogs and people not actually walking them).They brought our dogs a little cute toy, asked if they were allergic to anything and then brought treat.So impressed with the communication and patience of both Brandon and Renan.Grateful to say the least to find our new trusted dog walkers and doggy friends here in NYC!
