FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the level of structure, consistency, and attention each dog receives—not just time. I focus on delivering real results through guided exercise and routine, so most clients work with me on a consistent weekly schedule rather than one-off sessions. Rates can vary depending on frequency, type of session (individual or small group), and the dog’s specific needs. I’m always upfront about pricing and will recommend what makes the most sense based on your dog’s energy level and goals. The goal is to provide reliable, high-quality service that keeps your dog balanced, not just temporarily tired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding the dog first. I ask a few key questions about energy level, behavior, routine, and any specific concerns so I can match the right type of exercise. From there, I do an initial meet-and-greet to observe how the dog responds and to make sure it’s a good fit. This helps me establish control, build trust, and set a baseline. Once we start, I create a consistent routine based on the dog’s needs—whether that’s structured runs, controlled group sessions, or a mix of both. The focus is always on safely releasing energy, improving behavior, and keeping the dog balanced. I keep communication open with the owner and make adjustments as needed to make sure the dog is progressing and getting the most out of each session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working with dogs in high-energy, real-world environments, focusing on structured exercise, control, and behavior. My approach is based on understanding how physical activity, consistency, and routine directly impact a dog’s behavior and overall balance. I’ve developed my methods through working with different breeds and energy levels, learning how to safely manage dogs in a busy city setting while keeping them engaged, responsive, and well-exercised. In addition, I stay focused on improving my approach by paying close attention to each dog’s behavior, adjusting as needed, and building routines that produce consistent results over time.
