- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an estimate is provided based on the customers description. We visit the location where the job is to be done and confirm the scope of work. Either at that point or shortly after, we draw up a written agreement for both the customer and our records on the scope, cost and duration of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lincoln Technical Institute (graduated 2005), actively employed in the trade since then.
