100%, I would (and will) work with Oscar Cortez of Firefly Electric again. We had a difficult and tricky chandelier installation that Oscar completed thoughtfully and efficiently. His manner is professional and clear. He was clear and communicative. Firefly will be our go to electrician in the future.

Oscar has done two projects for us so far and we cannot be happier with his work! The first project was a basic change of outdated lighting fixtures. Oscar did great with these. Was even kind enough to wait until I went to Lowe’s to exchange a fixture I had pre purchased which did not fit my entryway. We then scheduled a recessed lighting project for today and during this project an issue came up with an appliance delivery we had also scheduled for today. We needed a 40 amp outlet installed in order to get our new stove connected. Oscar accommodated this last minute work without hesitation. The recessed LED lighting came out AMAZING!!! and he also did a great job installing the 40 amp outlet. He shows a lot of attention to detail and keeps the area as neat as possible. I do have photos and promise to upload tomorrow! I highly recommend Oscar for your home improvement needs and look forward to working with him on other upcoming projects!
Oscar did an outstanding job hanging two light fixtures and changing a few wall switches. What we thought would be a straight forward job turned out to be a bit more complicated, Oscar figured it all out and got the job done.
I would absolutely hire Oscar again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional quality electrician.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an estimate is provided based on the customers description. We visit the location where the job is to be done and confirm the scope of work. Either at that point or shortly after, we draw up a written agreement for both the customer and our records on the scope, cost and duration of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lincoln Technical Institute (graduated 2005), actively employed in the trade since then.
