I found Priyanca using Thumbtack. While quite a few photographers responded to my request, Priyanca's photos showed the kind of uniqueness I was looking for. I was planning a surprise trip to NYC and proposal for my now-fiance, and explained what I was looking for to Priyanca. Not only was she excited about shooting our photos, she had some great ideas! Since I was coming in from out of town, she even scouted out the location in advance (Rockefeller Center), and spoke with the guards to make sure she'd be able to get a good shot. She was in constant communication with me, leading all the way up to the big moment. She really thought of everything, and our proposal shots turned out wonderfully (despite the fact that it was rain/ snowing that evening). The next day we ventured out for engagement photos. Priyanca shot us at the NYC Public Library, Bryant Park and Central Park. Priyanca's enthusiasm was contageous, and we had the absolute best time. She is very casual and engaging, sweet and funny. She is so easy to work with. Best of all, she knows how to get an amazing shot. We were absolutely thrilled with the caliber of her work, and we will treasure her photos for the rest of our lives. They turned out AMAZING. I cannot give enough positive feedback about Priyanca. Her work speaks for itself (check out her website), but the best part about Priyanca is her amazing spirit and getting to work with her. Anyone thinking of using her will not be disappointed. I rarely give a perfect review to anyone, but Priyanca was perfection.

I booked Priyanca on a rather short notice. My wedding was on Valentine's Day at City Hall. Needless to say, the venue was packed and chaotic. Priyanca worked around the space, capturing candid shots. We also got some dramatic shots outdoors in the snow and a steam vent. She had great ideas and the photos look beautiful!

Priyanca was very good with us: first she knew very good spots in NYC and she knows how capture the light. Most importantly she made us feel very comfortable which help a lot when you re not used to photos. She did a very good jobs and we have beautiful pictures !

What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings, engagement and family portrait photography. Kids photography is also one of my favorites that we enjoy shooting.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for quality of work not quantity of photos. Make sure you get high resolution pictures that you can be enlarged and made into albums. Look for all inclusive packages where digital images are included. Contract are very important to protect both parties. Read your contract carefully and ask questions if you are not sure.
