- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm an affordable photographer proudly serving New York and New Jersey area. All travel expenses are included in my pricing. I'm new on Thumbtack and I'm offering discounts to get more customers here, but I've been working as a photographer for more than 10 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we confirm the date availability and reserve it by paying a deposit through my booking website. One week before the session I'll send a questionnaire to prepare all the session details with you (such as location, styling, etc). After our session, I'll upload all the pictures to a private client gallery where you'll be able to select your fav pictures. I'll retouch those pictures for you and once you are ready to download them all you'll need to send the final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've started working on photography when I was 15 years old. I'm now 37. It's been a while ;)
