We’re Rye and Des, the husband-and-wife team behind Veil & Vignette. We photograph weddings with a relaxed approach, focusing on real connections, beautiful light, and moments that don’t need to be staged to feel meaningful. Our style is composed and intentional, but always grounded in emotion. We believe your day should feel effortless. No rushing. No pressure. Just space for it to unfold naturally, with images that reflect it as it truly was. To keep this experience intentional, we take on a limited number of weddings each year. Working as a duo allows us to move quietly and efficiently. While one of us is focused on what’s happening, the other is watching what’s about to happen. That awareness creates space for photographs that feel effortless and complete.
