- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount for multi-day events. Pricing is always fair :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we speak over the phone and go over the details of your needs. If necessary I check out the location prior however most of the time I know what to expect from the space and lighting conditions. I confirm via text or email I week prior, the day prior, and then the day of. I arrive to your location 1 to 2 hours early and work from a nearby cafe to ensure an exact 30 minute early arrival. ALWAYS. I have NEVER been late. If I am on time I am late.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mostly self-educated however I have worked closely with some of the world's best photographers who continue to privately coach me.
