- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. I provide upfront quotes based on the type of pest and scope of the job. For ongoing protection, I offer monthly and quarterly service plans that can save you money over one-time treatments. I also provide discounts for bundled services and loyal customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking detailed questions and inspecting the property to identify the source of the problem. Then I explain the treatment options clearly, perform a safe and thorough service, and give recommendations to prevent future issues. My goal is to solve the problem quickly and give you peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience in the industry. Licensed commercial applicator with four categories. 7A – Structural and Rodent Control. 7C – Termite Covers control of termites in and around structures. 7F – Food Processing Covers pest control in food processing areas and facilities. 3A – Ornamental and Shade Trees. Purdue university Integrated Pest Management (IPM) certification.
