- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly design rate includes a collaboration of 2-3 team members 1 lead Designer, 1 Design Assistant, + 1 Project Manager {as needed}.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GETTING STARTED STEP 1: Phone call to discuss your design/style goals, timeline & my process. STEP 2: Schedule your 1-1.5 hr in-home consult. STEP 3: CONSULTATIONS {in-home or virtual} last for about 1-1.5 hours. During that time I will leave you with information and tips based on your spaces challenges & options for moving forward with your style/design goals. Your consult will include conversations about what you should change, enhance, keep and or get rid of. STEP 4: PROJECT PROJECTION - this is where we curate a package for your project which fits your home/biz needs, budget + timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I then started working in homes, on sets, and in commercial space in the early 2000's when I incorporated my 1st Design Company called Plush Interior Design. I designed spaces all of the world, in NY, Miami, the Carribbean + even Kenya + Nepal.
