Just 3 months later, both my kitchen and bathroom sinks began to leak. Which left me on a mission to find a reliable plumber who could fix these problems. After talking to several plumbers and facing some shockingly high quotes, I finally came across Sabi who is a true GEM in the plumbing world! Before quoting any prices he asked for photos. Once received, he took the time to carefully explain the problems and how he would fix them. I was impressed with his thoroughness and transparency and at that point knew this job was in good hands. Sabi came by the next day and got straight to work. He immediately replaced the plastic kitchen pipe with a durable copper one. And then the real challenge came in the bathroom. As anyone who’s lived in Brooklyn knows, space can be incredibly tight, and my bathroom was no exception. I had installed a compact 24-inch sink cabinet combo, and unfortunately, the pipe was tucked away behind everything. When Sabi arrived at the bathroom, it was evident how cramped the space was. I suggested removing the entire unit for easier access, but he refused to give up. Instead, he worked tirelessly to find a way to fix the plumbing without taking apart the whole setup. This determination truly spoke volumes about his character and work ethic and the fact that he delivers quality work. Sabi’s support throughout the process made such a difference. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional, and, to top it all off, his prices were reasonable. Plus, he left the workspace clean, which I really appreciated.
