Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I think my work stands out from other fitness professionals because of my investment level. Whether it's in program design, exercise supervision, or personal support, my clients are very much family to me, and I give them my full attention and investment towards success, and care about them as people, not just clients. I like the many different types of people that I get to work with. It reinforces to me, that no matter how different we all may be, we have much more in common than the things we often get hung up on as divisions. I also love to see that moment when a client starts to fully believe in themselves and the process and they can start embracing and celebrating ALL of their successes.

I love this guy! Kevin is a one-of-a kind trainer. His work outs are intense but he somehow make them doable and fun. Kevin is also super nice, knows an impressive amount about physiology, and is always 100% focused on his clients while training.

Kevin is a scientist of the body and an artist of movement. I hired him to help me fix the pain in my hip flexors and constant cracking in my hip whenever I stood up from my desk. He designed a custom exercise and self-therapy program for me including youtube videos demonstrating each exercise. Not only is my hip in great shape now but I also learned critical techniques for taking care of myself in the years to come.

FAQs

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much science is involved!! Many people think of training as a simple process of exercising. However it's a science of evaluation and the integration of controlled stresses for very specific outcomes. What you do, how, and when have a tremendous effect on how you change, and it's more than exercise. It's also about rest, nutrition and stress management.
