- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1625DB prices each project separately, and every project's price is determined by a combination of factors, mostly related to the scope the client wants to pursue. Our pricing falls in line for averages for Design & Build firms in NYC.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to learn more about the client and their scope of work. If both 1625DB and the client are comfortable to move forward and both think the match is good, then we'll schedule an onsite appointment (or virtual appointment) to review site conditions and further develop a scope of work. Once we come to agreement on the scope and set down a deposit, design and approval work can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1625DB employs a variety of professionals -- from estimators, to designers, to project managers -- all of whom have college degrees in their field and appropriate licensure. 1625DB itself is a general contracting firm licensed with the NYC Department of Buildings and the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs.
