- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
renovated/NYC's pricing is based on an hourly consulting rate to help you assess your future renovation costs before buying an apartment or a townhouse. Pricing incorporates an in person walk through of the property along with a customized renovation pricing estimate report.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book for your appointment with our renovation expert on the day and time you have access to the property you are considering purchasing. The expert will meet you at the address provided and walk through the space with you. During this time you will share your vision and renovation needs, the expert will take notes and incorporate all the necessary information in his estimate report which will be generated 24-48h following your appointment. This report will help you understand the estimated renovation costs tied to the property you are considering buying and help you make an educated decision on your future home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a general contractor in New York City for the past several years and have current market pricing knowledge to guide you when estimating your renovation project.
