Typically pricing is flat rate to allow clients to put together a budget. Smaller projects can be done on a hourly basis depending on what's entailed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer needs/requests are firstly reviewed and questions are sent if necessary. Followed by a brief consultation call if further clarification is needed. These steps verify if we're a good fit for each other before any work is executed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in business about 6 years under this current business name. However, I've been in this field for over 10 years. During that time we've worked with multiple businesses that provide a wide range of services.
