- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes ladies want extra fullness for their hair which will take longer to do . If a lady has Bald spots this requires more time to give it that natural look. It requires more hair to cover the spots and then I will thin it out so it doesn't have too much bulk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I do a consultation with them to decide what type of hairstyle they are trying to have done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I go to Trade shows , take private hairstyling classes . I also take computer classes and read up about new products and the latest hair trends.
