John and his team created a special pendant for me in honor of a loved one who passed away prematurely. It was a complicated design with intricate details and set with blue sapphires. John was such a pleasure to work with and got every detail just right. I've received hundreds of compliments on it in the last year. (I'm writing this in Aug 2026, but I received it a year ago. I totally forgot to write a review at the time due to my emotional state). I hope this encourages anyone who is considering doing something similar to go for it. Working with John has been a wonderful experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of your design is custom-tailored to ensure you are free to fully explore your vision. As part of our transparent and personalized experience, we make sure the price you pay matches your exact design.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With Alithea Design, the process is tailored to fit your purpose and vision. To start off we will discuss and explore your design to ensure you are getting the perfect piece for your loved one. Once we have identified your vision, we provide an immediate estimate of the cost and time that will be needed to create your one-of-a-kind piece. This is so we can stay aligned on the time and resources needed throughout the design process. Once we determine the project timeline, we provide you with a quote that we stick by and a 3D rendering of the design for your review and approval. Once we receive approval, we kindly request a 50% deposit in order to start and the balance is settled upon completion.
