- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every piece is custom, so your price depends on your diamond (lab grown or natural, white or colored), carat, metal and ring size. We start with a consultation, custom 3D renderings and up to 3 rounds of changes, and you get a clear quote before anything is made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send us your ideas and inspo photos. 2) We meet on Google Meet to go over the design, diamond options and your budget. 3) You get custom 3D renderings within 5 business days, and we refine them together. 4) Once you approve, we make your piece and keep you updated. 5) Your piece ships to you fully insured.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring an artist's eye and an engineer's precision to every piece. My background is in visual arts, engineering, programming and IT management, and I put all of it to work for you: I design your piece, build every 3D rendering myself and personally oversee it from the first sketch until it is in your hands. You work with me directly the whole way, and what you fall in love with on screen is what you will wear.
