- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Following the consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the work to be performed. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education comes from more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Throughout my career, I have managed construction teams, overseen residential and commercial renovation projects, coordinated multiple trades, and worked directly with homeowners, designers, and property managers to successfully complete projects of all sizes. In addition to practical field experience, I have continuously expanded my knowledge of construction methods, building materials, project management, and customer service. Our team stays current with industry best practices, installation techniques, safety standards, and building requirements to ensure every project is completed professionally and to the highest standards.
