Kirk did an amazing job helping troubleshoot my mom’s grill. He responded quickly and was very personable. He found out what was wrong and brought over a new part. He also said he offers thorough grill cleaning services if we need that in the future. We are super happy with the service :-)

Kirk was amazing. Cleaned my grill and gave me an inservice on how to use the rotisserie function. He also offered to help me find a sink cover and sent me links after he left.
