I will definitely use Michael next year to take our new hire head shots. Michael showed up an hour early to set up, stayed late to ensure that everyone's photo was taken and turned around 30+ finished photos in 24 hours. Very professional, responded quickly to my inquiry and any questions that I had, and produced quality images.

Michael was the epitome of professional. He responded quickly, replied to emails rapidly and thoroughly, made himself available within a few days, and arrived on site early. His pricing was notably reasonable (and the final invoice matched the initial bid exactly), yet far more importantly, he nicely engaged/directed the subjects, expeditiously turned around final images, and provided photographs of fine quality and resolution. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As photography projects vary so much, it's not easy to have a standard pricing system.
I do however try to work within the budget requirements, and usually come in below budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the client is the first step. The things they don't say are just as important as what they do say.
They usually have a vision, and its my job to help them bring it to light.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Film and Photography from Ithaca College.
