Introduction: I am a personal trainer/strength coach working out of Manhattan and Brooklyn. I help my clients set and reach goals to help them live the life they want to live. Those goals then take precedence over all else and provide direction for the training program. I take pride in educating my clients and helping them to take ownership of their fitness.
I love watching my clients make progress. I use a variety of tools and the goal of every session is for you to leave feeling better than you did when you came in. You will sweat but you will also smile and probably laugh at some point during session. My goal is to make your sessions as enjoyable and fun as possible so that you'll want to continue exercising.
