Mikhail was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, direct and honest in his assessment of the property being inspected. The fee was reasonable and the service was top notch and extremely helpful and thorough. He answered all of my questions and was extremely professional. I highly recommend the service. He did mold sampling which was extremely helpful and I recommend this company wholeheartedly without reservation!!!

Mikhail was very responsive so setting up the appointment was easy. He did a thorough job with the inspection even though the property had some serious logistical challenges and he took time to explain things to me in detail. Final report came the same day which is excellent. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future. Thanks!

Our inspector, Mikhail Petrosov, was very pleasant. He answered all questions thoroughly and took his time to inspect the entire house. He made sure we understood what needed to be fixed and explained if something would be an issue in the future. The cost was reasonable and worth the peace of mind we got from the inspection. We got the report the same day. I highly recommend and will use this company again in the future if needed.

We had an incredible experience with Superior Home Inspection Services! Scheduling with Mark was a breeze and very transparent. Mikhail was our inspector and was early to the scheduled time - much appreciated when there is a tight window working with multiple realtors. The inspection itself was incredibly thorough. Mikhail took the time to explain everything he was seeing and provide and honest assessment of how it impacted the unit. We received our report the same day and, like Mikhails inspection, the report was very detailed with great explanations. I cannot recommend Superior Home Inspection Services (and especially Mikhail) enough!
