Mikhail was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, direct and honest in his assessment of the property being inspected. The fee was reasonable and the service was top notch and extremely helpful and thorough. He answered all of my questions and was extremely professional. I highly recommend the service. He did mold sampling which was extremely helpful and I recommend this company wholeheartedly without reservation!!!

Mikhail was very responsive so setting up the appointment was easy. He did a thorough job with the inspection even though the property had some serious logistical challenges and he took time to explain things to me in detail. Final report came the same day which is excellent. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future. Thanks!

We worked with Mark on a foreclosure property which was in bad condition. Mark was very helpful by explaining how the inspection works. He was very very professional, he took his time and did his best! After all, the report was very neat, detailed and so easy to read. Every single spot of the house was in that report. We really recommend Mark to everyone we know, because this is what inspection should be like - detailed, exact, neat and so professional

Our inspector, Mikhail Petrosov, was very pleasant. He answered all questions thoroughly and took his time to inspect the entire house. He made sure we understood what needed to be fixed and explained if something would be an issue in the future. The cost was reasonable and worth the peace of mind we got from the inspection. We got the report the same day. I highly recommend and will use this company again in the future if needed.

Excellent choice for home inspection. I used their services twice while buying a condo. Marc and Michael are very friendly and professional. Both visits were on time and inspection very detailed. They pointed out issues I did not think about. Received my reports in less than 24 hours. Their prices are very competitive too. Highly recommended if you need inspection in the NY/NJ area.
