Kiki did a fantastic job getting into the corners of my apartment, leaving things clean and beautiful. As someone who suffers from allergies, a superficial job just doesn’t cut it! Kiki was wonderfully thorough!
As a nice touch, she also made sure that my books, pictures and nicknacks were artfully arranges after her dusting. She is pleasant and professional and I will certainly work with her again!

Kiki was very responsive, punctual, & professional! I scheduled with her on a Saturday evening and she was able to come that next Sunday morning @ 9am. Floors and bathroom/shower were unrecognizably clean after Kiki finished at my place. Highly recommend and will definitely hire her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rate per hour for cleaning varies between $50 and $60, depending on the type of cleaning required. Kiki Pro Cleaning aims to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our clients. Refunds are not available for cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with any cleaning job provided, you must inform us within 24 hours of the service for us to address the issue.
Cancellation Fee
We require cancellations to be communicated to us 48hrs (2 full working days) in advance to avoid charges. We have held your spot and turned down business so as not to interrupt your service. Cancelations communicated less than 48hrs (2 full working days) prior to appointment but more than 24 hours (1 full working day) will be charged $50 per scheduled cleaner. Cancelations communicated less than 24 hours (1 full working day) will be charged the full price for your scheduled cleaning.
Lock Out/Turned Away Fee
If we arrive on our scheduled cleaning day and are turned away at the door or cannot get in, we will charge full price for your scheduled cleaning.

Upon entering the client's home, I greet them and request a tour of the specific areas they would like me to clean, whether it is their entire apartment or a particular area in need of attention.
