We were assigned Ellie as the cleaning person. Ellie is a very, very hard-working person with a great personality. She went above and beyond. She found dirt that we didn't know was there. We definitely want her to come back and we'll definitely be using LBS again. I couldn't imagine using any other service. I'm also going to recommend LBS in general because of the quality of work by Ellie.

This is my third clean with LBS and they have done an amazing job yet again! I thought I would get a different cleaner this time but I didn’t. Which I love since I’m not fond of the idea of the cleaner constantly changing! Ash is so sweet and goes above and beyond. My home wasn’t the cleanest and he didn’t make me feel guilty like other cleaners have in the past. I did noticed he organized my bathroom cabinet. I mentioned that it was a bit messy but I wasn’t expecting him to organize it!

I would highly recommend them they are incredible! My house was in shambles, and I'm not exaggerating. My in-laws and nephews were staying with me for Christmas week and the kids left my home extremely messy. I was pretty embarrassed but it was so overwhelming clean. Thankfully I had the sweetest cleaner Stephanie, she didn't make me feel bad on the contrary she cleaned a lot of things that I did not ask her to! Something that I also left was as soon as she arrived she was very transparent about the time that it would take her, she told me it would take six hours. That may seem like a lot of times but it was so worth it she cleaned inside of my cabinets my walls, well my whole house. I look forward to them coming next week!
